I have just found out my Great Grandfather worked here at the time of my Grandmother's birth in 1922. This video is fantastic, thank you so much for taking the time to add it here.

Ayrshire has always been hardy, when I was a kid i remember all this so well.. although we had electricity and running water, still had an outside loo though..:))
