Custom parts take a lot of time to make. I want to make custom bumpers and other stuff for the 80 Silverado project, but I have to build the truck first. Not a small task. I might switch back over to that project soon. Getting harder to find things to do to my new Ranger.

@@mossman381 for sure. I’m all about custom fabrication on my trucks and toys. Your ranger is pretty decked out now! Not much left you can do.

@@HODMEChannel I wish I had a plasma cam. That would be fun to play with. Then you have to buy the metal and that isn't cheap either. I got a 4x8 sheet of 16 gauge I think for the roof of my 6x6, and I thought it was kind of expensive. Can't remember exactly what it cost but that is pretty thin metal.

@@mossman381Absolutely! Not sure who you have over there for a supplier. We have Mcnelius in Dodge Center MN and they have a large amount of seconds of cuts they put out at discount from making garbage trucks and such. New steel is crazy expensive!

They are good lights for the money. I have had zero issues with the ones on my truck. I had an old gen surface mount go out that was on my dad's truck, but it had a big chip on it, so I am guess something hit it pretty hard. These new gen multicolor lights look pretty good. This is my first one. I was wanting to get one for my truck. That white with the amber really pops.

It will look better with paint. I should make a new custom rack for my truck. I sold the one I made way back.
