The house is beautiful but it feels too closed in,too much walls.And the fence on the other side is too close to the house.Nigeria with fences,it's awful.They could have planted those palm trees there as well to demarcate the land instead of a fence. Loreto,can you bring us the 2 million dollars penthouse apartment in ikoyi please?Would like to see it from you perspective as well.Your dress 👗 is beautiful.❤Oh!thank God they used real grass.More houses with real grass in the compound will reduce flooding as well.Thank you.

That last room in the video is completely spacious. It is actually a whole room, so it's not best to downgrade it to a mere office or game room as you did in your presentation. Call it a 5-bed house.

The layout of the shower door in room 2 is terrible. You will literally have to walk over the toilet to open the door, which will still touch the toilet before you enter. That’s trash.

With mosquitoes with red eyes and sharp teeth… dear friend, don’t take my word for it, get an Airbnb and go spend a week there

While I appreciate your originality, I must express my candid opinion of the house. It’s underwhelming! No pool, layout is terrible finishing looks tacky and also the setback at the back of the property is a big no! In conclusion it’s no way worth the listing price.

Sell to the yorubas. IGBOS have learnt their lessons and are no more interested in Lagos. IGBOS are now investing in Biafra Land. No sane IGBO man will invest again in Lagos #WEAREGOINGTOBIAFRA.
