Very nice community though its kinda far from the main road but still it looks a quiet neighborhood.Probably all rich and some famous people in the philippines lives there.Hopefully someday if i got lots of money i'll get one.❤

I agree with you but all of our commodities got price increase over time because of inflation :) And of course, 5M 10 yrs ago looks like also expensive at that time :)

Grabe mahal ba. 15 M for a lot plus building a house for 30 M lalabas siguro mahigit 50 M pag house and lot na. Mas mahal pa yan dito kesa dito sa Scandinavian na walang traffic malapit din sa hospital at mga schools.

Di mo need magpatayo ng 30M house. Pwede naman maliit lang na minimalist kung retirement home lang. sa $150k USD pwede na. Bungalow 3 bedrooms ayos na. Basta approved ng association ang design.

oa na ang mga price ng lote sa Pilipinas. Hindi pa yan Metro Manila. mas mahal pa sa mga bahay at lote sa mga mayayamang bansa. Kaya maraming slums sa PIlipinas hindi maafford ng ordinaryong tao ang mga matinong bahay. nakakabile lang mga politicians. price of property to income ratio ng PIlipinas ang taas.

@@noeminoemi1350 hindi Kasi regulated ng gobyerno ang price. Developer at realtor ang kumikita at hindi pang middle class yung mga ino offer nila na mostly mga Filipinos ay di maka afford sa ganyang price. Then later on di mo alam kung babahain na rin ang lugar knowing na nitong nakaraang bagyo grabe ang pagbaha sa Calabarzon area at Bicol region.
