Excellent strategy for fast games! Opponents often get into time trouble because every move early is a threat even if they manage to not get rolled, it gets desperate haha.

Using the line e4 ...e5, Bc4... Nf6, Nc3,,,, leaves it open to ...Nxe4, N x e4, d5 with a fork. Move order should include d3 before N move.

Please look at responses with .....c6 and ......d5 as this would be the refutation of the Bishop´s opening and the reason why White chooses the Spanish or Italian instead.

I mean, Rousseau Gambit is also a reverse Vienna. That attacking pattern is just common.

This looks very similar to the Rousseau Gambit played on the queen's side of the board.\

Learn the principles of the game first, then learn openings. That's like giving a man the highest quality fishing rod, but they don't know how to fish - you can't expect instant results.

Igor, you forgot about Stockfish. After 1. e4 e5 2. Bc4 Nf6 3. Nc3 Bc5 4. f4, some of strong guys go 4... d5! (to be honest, 7% of >2000 played 4... d5). Should've explained it.

There is a lot wrong with this video. Mainline is 1. e4 e5 2. Bc4 Nf6 3. Nc3 Nxe4! 👎
