I love your description and your thoughts on each dish! They make the video so much more enjoyable. It also makes for a very nice and calming ASMR for me hearing the restaurant background noises and server explaining their dishes

Glad to see you make it out to Macau as it is only a short ferry ride from HK. The Vegas comparison is apt for Macau. Macau's old neighborhoods away from the mega hotels are fun to walk around and safer and more charming than the Vegas' Fremont street area.

Yes! I'm glad I visited Macau. Agreed! The old neighborhoods had a completely different vibe, filled with more culture and lively energy! I happened to drop into a Burmese cafe there and enjoyed the best Mohinga I've ever had! Unfortunately, I didn't film or catch the name of the shop since I was quite tired from the early boat ride.

Thanks! Jade Dragon is good. I am of the opinion that costs shouldn't be a factor in a top rated restaurant as it will be well worth the experience 😀

Totally understandable! I consider the price category when calculating the 'worth it' score. It's important for me to remember that not everyone can afford luxury meals often, so the price category helps identify the most worthwhile options for everyone. Thank you for listening to my point of view!

AD! Why hold one small item so long? Such a big deal? 🤨😴

Compliments to the chefs. For such a superb Michelin tasting menu, the price is a good bargain.

Hi! I enjoy your videos so much, not every restaurant you go is a good experience and you explain why. I worked in japan as sushi chef last year and went to a couple tabelog awarded restaurants and not all were perfect sometimes is a gamble I recomend this two Sushi Taichi 鮨 太一 Sushiya Shota すし家 祥太

I'm so glad you enjoyed my videos! Agree! I find the Michelin Guide even more tricky than Tabelog in Japan Thank you for the recommendations! Now added to my to-try list!
