On average, most restaurants charge x4-6 times the amount the food cost plus so they probably didn't lose much money on the free stuff, especially with the exposure they got from Joel's channel.

@@bobbygoff95 That's not true at all lol. Over 3/4 of restaurants right now are struggling to charge three times the cost of food. If they get that, they have to pay staff, oil, fuel, electricity, rent/ mortgage, insuranceS, wifi, phone, cleaning and maintenence, government fees, and so much more. They gave him THEIR favorites to get the free publicity, and I'm proud of him for giving them that chance. Even though he's full. Restaurant owners are hurting.

I've lived in Thailand and was married to a Thai woman. She was a great cook and Thai food has one of the most unique flavor profiles of any cuisine on earth. I was not surprised that you were shocked at the flabflavorflavor profiles. Very enjoyable challenge. to watch brother.
