No progress on that section at this time. A local contractor started doing some paving on the other side of the town in July. No doubt this is the same company. I hope CHEC is supervising the work. Very little has been achieved in the last two or three years.

MOST BEAUTIFUL AND FRIENDLY PARISH IN JAMAICA IS PORTLAND. I was looking at the video of Portland, and i have seen where some places of Portland needs to develope and build mordern buildings in the parish. It very good for the people have that friendly attitude to each other,because it will helps them to haves a safe parish or communities. I think Portland needs to have some more developments in the parish in order for them to becomes the most beautiful parish in portland.

I have told you about the Portland and St. Mary police. Frequent spot checks are a good way to keep the unruly drivers under control. I hope to see the same in St. Thomas before too many people get killed in road accidents.

Beautiful? I am from Portland its the most run down Parish in Jamaica. Bushy, , no factory or commercial places its hills and sea. Crime free? No wonder we have nothing to steal. One way in and one way out where is the criminals to hide excepts in bushes
