Northern areas include sm parts of KPK azwl not jst gilgit/baltistan wich iz a disputed area. Indians cn go to KPK. I think an Indian vlogger went to gilgit/baltistan azwl. I'm not sure though.

Hunza Valley is in norther areas, its got its province status recently not long ago. Gilgit, hunza and few other areas are not including sawat and other few regions are called as kpk. Though hunza and some of its regions are were previously not part of Pakistani region, in regards to its status. That's why we have highest literary rate in Pakistan and even in compare to other Western countries, 95%.We have real women empowerment because if some one has boys and girls, they prefer educating their girls because we truely believe in women education. Most of the development is done on community level by people on their own. We have lowest crime rate which is nothing much. In our region in particular hunza, gilgit or nearby regions, women don't have to worry about going out even at night because they are safe. We have children who get yearly scholarships from abroad and people prefer them to get it because of the serious attitude we show towards education. We are truely blessed. I belong to Northern areas but I live abroad with family.
