Meg just doesn’t get a lot to do in the earlier seasons, but she’s not boring. Seamus might be slightly less interesting. To me, anyway. Dilbert probably deserves to be up here more than Meg does.

Well, if you say that before season 10 or 12, then she isn't the most exciting character, but from season 11 or even season 16 to 13, then she is alot better, because of her redemption episodes.

That's Windslow btw and he didn't found and raise CatDog, he moved into their house. He's annoying because he always picks on the two (mainly Cat) and causes a lot of problems for them and hardly gets punished.

Meg and Peggy aren't boring,and here's why Meg has a lot of character development from family guy since it first started. She went from being the stereotypical bullied, teenage high school girl to someone you can (somewhat) root for who stands up for herself, albeit still being an outcast. She's like the underdog every man (or every woman in this case) Some would say lois is more boring than meg. And as for Peggy Hill....

I know,his interactions with Shredder and Bebop and Rocksteady are hilarious. Especially the episode where him and Shredder are arguing about each other’s plans and they basically go from sounding like two kids fighting to a dysfunctional couple fighting. It literally ends with Krang saying “I don’t have to take this abuse from the likes of YOU!!!!!!”.
