Respectfully, those of you saying he’s not broken are INSANE LMAO. Guys, every touch with this character when he has meter is upwards of 60%. Initial combo does 35-45% and the GUARANTEED UNBLOCKABLE is another 35%+ Literal TOD one touch into Ggs

If you spend 2 bars on the unblockable follow up after the command grab it now breaks armor & any specials you do afterwards can be meter burned without any cost BUT havik’s directional inputs are randomized also too.
