No disrespect to Waz, because he's amazing, but yes, there are absolutely levels to this. It's all a mental game. Ninja & Sonic are S tier tournament players because you can see their mental fortitude while under pressure & how quickly they adapt. They're the type where as long as they have even a hair of health left, you can still lose 85% and get put on your ass. I think Waz gets a little flustered when faced with opponents at his skill level or higher. Honestly, I think it's partially because of his location in Australia where he can't get matches with EU or NA guys as often. He definitely has his mark on AUS though.

god I love ninja so much. at the same time he's the closest we have of a literal machine playing the game, he's also so chill and nice with everyone. hey waz, I think you should try tekken too man. I got to know your channel back when I still played mk, always liked your content. but I've started playing tekken some 2 years ago and didn't go back. I still watch mk from time to time but I play only tekken now. and honestly, although it has a mountain of knowledge to go through, be sure that all of your skills will have use on it. it's a very diverse and deep game, you will surely find characters and playstyles that fits your strengths. it's hard to learn and play but it's VERY rewarding. you should at least give it a try man. I would love to see you rematch nk on it, but this time with him playing a random char to even it out, as he was a tekken player before mk, if he played law against you it would be even more unfair 😅
