Most painful Danganronpa executions in my opinion: 6. Leon: He was pelted with thousands of baseballs at high speeds 5. Peko: Was stabbed many times with the guilt on which she thought she killed Fuyuhiko 4. Gonta: He was stung by many mechanical wasps and then slashed by a giant one. 3. Kaede: She was hung for about 8 hours, and then a wall of spikes closed down on her (but she was already dead) But it hurts even more that she was innocent 2. Kirumi: She had to climb on a thorn with many spikes on it, just to be sawed by many saws, but she kept on going. She thought she was going to escape because she saw the light, but it was fake, and she fell to her death. She died by falling so she felt all the other pain. 1. Korekiyo: He was spun around for a long time before dropping into boiling water. BOILING WATER. He gave in because he just wanted it to be over. JUST to get killed AGAIN as a GHOST by monokuma and his sister with salt. 1 grain of salt to a ghost is 1000 knives. HE WAS SMOTHERED WITH SALT. He thought he was going to be reunited with his sister but he just got killed again. All of these are extremely painful, but this is my rating. Tell me if I’m wrong with anything!!

PERSONALLY, the most brutal execution was Chiaki Nanami’s from the anime. Not only was it a slow and painful death process with her still having hope until the bitter end. The voice acting. Omfg. also, himiko's fan made execution is pretty brutal too. for those who dont know, himiko has a fan made execution where she is placed in a box slowly filling up with water while she is chained up. the box is also chained up, making it impossible to escape. the catch is that this is a typical magician's trick-- the magician will be placed in the box, and in some form, it may be performed differently, they will end up "teleporting" out of the box to save themself. the thing is that himiko leads all the students to believe she really can do magic, but she actually can't. (at least, i dont think she can? either way, she doesnt survive the box.) the students have to watch her not only slowly die, but also prove that she actually can't do magic in a fullproof way to show it. while the students likely wouldnt care, magic is such an important thing to himiko, so just showing to everyone she lied would be extremely embarrassing to her. i feel like that would almost be worse than the death, because magic is basically her whole life.

I think it's worth mentioning korekiyo died one of the most painful deaths known to man, boiled and steamed. when one is simply set of fire, yes it hurts an unbearable amount, but your nerves are burned off after a bit and you can no longer feel it. with being steamed or boiled, it's a MUCH slower process of feeling yourself *cook* from the inside out, feeling the smell of your insides being cooked like food, feeling every moment of your skin melting off and fusing with your clothes your eyes being burned away and not being able to breath anything but searing hot air. it may not be the most emotionally devastating execution, but it's one of the most physically painful ones

Kaede's execution looks fairly fine the first time. The more you rewatch it, the worse it gets. The more comments you read, the deadlier it gets. If it's actually straight 8 hours being choked and dizzy and being thrown rocks at, it's gotta be the worst execution. Not to mention the final piano case closing with spikes in it.

Fun fact: Korekiyo’s was one of the most brutal. He was boiled alive which is worse than being burned alive because being boiled means your nerves are intact and you and forced through the burning until you die while with being burned your nerves get burnt Ed off after sometime making you numb to it. He also died twice, the boil and the salt and from what we saw the salt burnt him. Talk about a burn.

I could say Kaede would be the 3rd: Each time she stepped on a key, that was when she could breath and it would not be enough. I don't think she knew that her friends would see her die. After dying, she got crushed which she also can't feel since she has already died from hanging. Now, 2nd and 1st is either Mondo or Chiaki. Mondo: has been in the cage to the point he became literal liquid. Chiaki: I am talking about the anime punishment, she knew her friends were watching her suffer in the dungeon. According to Junko, we started spectating Chiaki in the "middle" of the execution so, it could be longer than Kaede's execution. You don't know. She would die knowing her friends are watching her, and the unbearable pain she has gotten in the dungeon.

Reasons on why they were sad/brutal Peko pekoyama: mostly because of her realization that she went to far and injured her brother (I don’t remember how to spell his name) Kaede: the execution took 6 hours (like dang, let her die) Monosuke and and the blue one (I can’t remember five bears names) They died mostly due to monodam

Three "fun" facts: 1: Keade's execution went on for 8 hours before killing her, it shows on the clock. 2: the song keade played is a children nursery song, meaning she died with the song she grew up in, some headcanon it was her first song that she played on a stage. 3: since we were a viewer, we could hear the song, but the otherw couldn't because her screams and cries were too loud.
