The design of the house is not that great. Lots of dark spots inside the house, like the staircase landing, corridors and staircases calculations and execution. He tried to Nigeria standard. Well illuminated house is a healthy house and gives comfort to inhabitants.

I think the house 🏠 has toooo much gold and the disco lights on the staircase is not really family friendly on my opinion but the external structure and colours chosen is one of the best in Nigeria. I think alot of Nigerian tend to fail alot when it come to interior designs. The colourful lights are not necessar, especially where children are involved. But external structure is a 10/10 .otherwise congratulations.

No, it is 648 sqm (18m x 36m), which is 60 feets by 120 feets. (Mainly here in West). But. 450sqm (15m x 30m) is 50 feet by 100 feet. (Mainly in d eatern part). These 2 sizes above are mainly seen as normal regularly standard size of land. (The above reply was by my brother)
