Take out TV and stand, put in fireplace or woodstove. Add a bathtub in bathroom. Don't like the blue outside different color would be nice( white).❤

Out the bedrooms side by side, have 1 bathroom, and then there would be more room for the living area/kitchen.

I'm not keen on this one. The only dining is at the counter, which because of the small kitchen, is also where most of the food prep must take place. Barn doors are a fad that has already passed, and they're used in too many places here. The secondary bedroom really can only accommodate a single bed easily. Some of the color choices are not attractive.

Way too much time spent showing the yard, roof, (who does that, spend so much time showing a roof, anyway?!), and surroundings, not nearly enough time showing inside of the house. The inside of the house was flashed so quickly, all I have to say about it is that hideous green would have to go!

It might be a great layout, but you can't tell with the video concentrating on the roof and outside. Worst home video I've ever seen.
