All the important places like train stations, supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants will all be walking distance. New builds (in many cases) will be in isolated areas, which is okay but it must be kept in mind.

Glossy cabinets show every single finger print and mark/streaks. Very difficult to keep clean and tidy. Especially with our indian cooking. Good luck with the new house building. It's a lovely process to experience.

Please don’t get laminate tiles, they are not waterproof and you’ll end up regretting installing them.

We've heard so many bad things about new homes and how poor the build quality is. Including snagging/poor materials/ flooding etc. Facebook is full of negative reviews about new homes (doesn't matter which developer).
