No. Worse in every way. Bad target tracking. Garpun has a longer range and a faster reload, which are the key factors. Those who think otherwise are apparently just complete newbies, or they just don't understand how the game works at all. And don’t trust all these video reviews where air defenses are “compared” with each other. Their damage goes through even if the missiles were visually shot down, which never happens in the game, so I think this is where we can end the conversation about their veracity. Think with your own head and don’t believe in everything you see.
