what hygiene they are peeling the sugarcane and throwing it on the ground which they are walking on with their slippers. It is much better that they are using gloves and stuff. I was just watching a clip of Dave Chappelle and he said the sad part in society is we are now in mentality of "better or worse" not good or bad. This sums it sup. There was one in Surat where they would wash the cane and then peel it inside a shop and it was kept on a table. then it was put in freezers. The juice also came directly from a macchine that was covered no scope of contamination or dust falling in or any of the workers hair or coughing into it. They put fly net on the entire place and just one small ticket counter like opening with a door to serve the juice. Sadly people don't want to even travel 1 kilometer extra for hygiening juice and it closed after many years. People want to eat shit and piss lierally. There is a sugarcane shop on the roadside everyday they peel the sugarcane and keep it on the road only and everyday 2 to 3 dogs piss on it.

Yup, such things really under estimated all indian. Such people's from village directly come to city and towns and thought of earning easy money without maintaining hygienic condition. 🙏 sugarcanes must be clean wash twice or thrice but never.. What a sad reality. 🤠

Sugarcane + pineapple is very common concept throughout Gujarat! It's just enhances it so good. The guy i go to, also adds a bit of pudina and it's flavour just enhances a bit more.

Sugarcane juice with ginger, and black salt = THE BEST! Nothing quenches my thirst better than that. Born in India (Punjab), grew up in Canada all my life, I still go and find sugarcane juice anywhere I can find it, freshly made of course. Yes I will pay $10 Canadian Dollars a glass for it but it’s SO worth it. 😊😊😊

This Juice will be a miracle to those who haven't tasted pure sugarcane juice, when sugarcane is freshly crushed after cutting it. If you get any time, then visit sugarcane fields in Maharashtra Pune-Satara-Solapur, there you might find some place near to sugarcane is cultivated, where sugarcane juice is freshly prepared and served, which is very thick and tastes awesome.

Great to see a true hygienic sugar cane juice stall. No Ice makes it even more better, because who knows the purity of water used in the Ice making. The only thing I was wondering is how clean the vessel or the glasses are. For a small fee and to save water used in cleaning they could use paper cups.

This is the real works of our brothers. Wanted fast money without any properly wash or clean sugarcanes. In other countries I see sugarcanes are properly clean. All covers cutoff and washed twice in water, served neat and tidy. But our brothers here wish to earn more money with easy way.. Hehehe. People's should know about it and not visit the stall.
