Waooo. I was in Benin last September after 17 years and to my surprise one of the guy in the video who requested for soldiers was with me through out my stay in Benin. I was shocked that most of the roads in upper sakponba are still in very bad conditions and there is not even a single major company in upper. Compare to the speed at which Europe and the western world is developing, if Benin continue like this, it may take Benin 200 years to develop. Thanks to the guy that created this video. Nothing has really changed in upper Sakponba road. Dirty environment, bad roads, cultists, thieves, native doctors, etc.. The government has abandoned that area with the look of things
