The first accident actually happened in Venice Italy, I know cause I live there, and after it no cruise ship ever entered the port again, they quickly built a platform at the lagoon's entrance where large ships dock and smaller transport is provided for those who wish to visit the city. As for the other accidents I can't say and trust your judgment
