Enuncia is probably the language of creation. It probably comes from the Well of Eternity and is the foundation of reality. Pre Warp and Pre Material universe. You know like, the Word. The Logos or something similar. That's my guess.

Enuncia is the hexedit software of the universe, it has existed since the universe has, inanimate matter cannot manipulate the vibrations of the universe without the means, life has the means. Weaker lifeforms like baseline humans suffer immensely with a single word, greater beings also are relegated to a distant form of study as its not a being they wrestle with, but concepts them selves, abstract notions similar to light being illumination and dark bein the absence of light, enucia allows a being to take an utteryly dark room and speaking light into it, a sealed room with nothing to geneate the light, its not psychic power or technoloy, its not bending the will of the universes physical laws it writes new ones, the universe is both the languqge and the scroll its written on. Controlling enuncia doesnt make you God, it makes it so that youve always been God.

Good lore. Enuncia in Warhammer 40k in the right hands could have been a major blow to Chaos daemons with Enuncia probably being capable of harming them with permanent wound like the Emperor was able to do in artificial webway. It seems like even Chaos doesn't dare use it or they are incapable of doing it and don't let their subjects learn it in fear of them rising against them. In real life I always find Bible accounts and theology fascinating and good in studying. The Tower of Babel according to the Book of the Jubilees on chapter 10 the Tower would have been huge in scale. Made of wood fire bricks and other materials and other engineering techniques throughout it's 43 years long period before the construction project stopped in a incomplete state left at 5,433 cubits tall (1.55 miles or 2.5km) and 13 stades wide (1.5 miles or 2.34km). So the foundation was pretty large. The reason why it's gone from the valley of Shinar that was between Asshur and Babylon is because in the Book of Jubilees chapter 10 God sent a mighty wind against the Tower and overthrew it upon the earth. Likely sometime after Nimrod's regime collapsed and the peoples separated far and wide. It was quite a large structure that would easily outclassed even fantasy towers like the tower of Barad Dur in the Lord of the Rings. And keep in mind it was not complete. Some Bible readers think the nephilim who survived the Flood aided nimrod in building the Tower of Babel with the huge amount of resources need to undergo such a extreme project that would demand much labor and extension of minerals in pure logistics and minerals from the surrounding lands and other neighboring kingdoms to extort and comply. If there was one monstrous hybrid creature that would befit grim dark lore building and be a massive threat for any fantasy world like Warhammer Fantasy it would be the nephilim. In the book of First Enoch the nephilim committed to horrible wicked things and created lawless and violent doctrines on such a depraved scale even Archaon would flinch. Nephilim had a continuous evil mentality of corruption and wickedness that it would rival and surpass even Dark Elves and Northen Men in Fantasy and is out there with both deamons, dark eldar, and black legion worlds. The first generation that were the most genetically close to their Watcher fallen angel fathers were the largest, mightiest, and the worse among them. And they ate alot in the attempt to sustain themselves but were always hungry and they devoured every living thing on the face of the earth before turning on each other in a 500 year long war across the Earth until all of the first generation of them were slain.

Heretical Lore Theory: The ancient Shamans fuzed into one being using Enuncia, in a similar fashion to how Zygmunt Molotch was trying to use it to become a god in Ravenor. I mean, Enuncia has been around since the Tower of Babel, it could've predated the Emperors birth on Earth too
