I don’t always cut the top first, usually depends on clients hair and style when I get started. Sometimes it makes things easier to style the top and then cut the sides accordingly

45 minutes is what I have for haircuts. Now it may not always take that long, but that gives me plenty of time to work with and a chance to sit down for a minute or clean my tools

@@805HandsomestBarber I was at 30 minutes a few minutes the ago, but I was cutting 12 a day. I switched to 45 minutes, raised my prices, now cutting 8-10 a day and making more and saving my body
