Chris doesn’t deserve all of the backlash he’s got for how he handled his conversation with Arabella. She was being so unreasonable and hyper emotional about handholding?? She and Chris were not closed off and Love Island is about exploring connections and finding the best one. He apologised for what Arabella claimed had upset her, and yet she was still tearing into him. The truth is that she was upset because she thought Chris was more committed to her than he actually was. And not her trying to reframe the reason why she didn’t get to know the new guys. She told Chris that she wasn’t attracted to them. And maybe her honest reason for not pursuing them was because she liked Chris. But if that were the case, she should’ve just said so from the jump. To try to reframe it in order to make Chris look bad is in fact disingenuous and manipulative. You can’t get upset with someone for taking your words at face value. Not to mention that she came at him very aggressively, and tried to blame him for the fact that they hadn’t spoken that day, when she was the one who’d been upset with him all day. Chris handled the situation so well and the fact that you guys are flaming him is a testament to your emotional immaturity. He’s not a mindreader my goodness🙄 She obviously wants someone who is pursuing her exclusively, and if she was going to have a bust up every time the person she was coupled up with took time to get to know someone else, she shouldn’t have gone on Love Island.

The boys had to dump one girl islander the previous night. Anton told Georgia H (and Chris or Toby told Kaz) who were on the top of the 'dumping list' which was super unnecessary, which is also why Kaz walks away as some of the islanders are making it a bigger deal, not thinking of other islanders feelings.
