This has to be an everyday for me, honestly thank you for teaching us 💯. Woke up with a msg saying, “best bet I don’t run into you”. Not going to reply, just going to stay focused. Going to be honest, lost myself through alcohol, that first beer I picked up at 20.. Curiosity got the best of me, ever since I’ve been messing up. Taking the easy route on Friday after work. I lost everything, relationship, bros, vehicle.. took awhile for me to realize everything can be replaced.. Not going to lie, I’m still not good mentally, and it’s my first weekend sober in how long. Alcohol just creates problems. Honestly ik I wouldn’t be here without my family, always been there when I f*ked up. It’s important to heal yourself ❤️ I just had to vent, again thank you for this video, ik I’m going to comeback to this. Sh*t you never know, maybe a month rn I’ll come back to reading this. Going for walks and bike riding helps. Also staying hydrated, water, water + lemon. Believe it or not, gardening. And of course reading books, reading the book of proverbs and physical exercise. Don't give up. Every day is a fight. If we don't fight... we die. Stay fit, and you'll always have a better chance. Meditate every morning. Buy a pocket note book. Right your thoughts throughout the day. Then ask yourself, "what decisions did I make today?"
