I am a wheelchaired person and my favorite Olympic moment is when "the Lord of the Rings", Yuri Chechi, won bronze in Athens. My favorite Paralympic moment is the T44 class 400m final won by "the Blade Runner" Oscar Pistorius in London !

This was the only handball game I ever attended. I was in Athens in 2004 for the Olympics - and on the advice of my Danish then-girlfriend (who was a hige handball fan) I bought a ticket, rooting for Denmark. This was indeed a totally epic game, and I thoroughly enjoyed being in the audience. Thank you for posting this video!

How I love this game.. have seen our finals ('96, 00 and 04) so many times each.. sad that the women's team haven't won it since Athens but I am happy that the Men's finally won an Olympic gold medal in Rio.. Proud to be Danish. 🇩🇰🇩🇰🥇🤾‍♀️

This korean team was feared and respected in europe. Denmark was really the only team who could match them during this period. Unfortunately, it was not enough for Korea on the day, and we won an epic battle. This was really also the last really great danish team.

@@DQ9597 경기는 이겨도 응원 수준이 더럽도 괜찮다는 생각. 그러니 응원 수준은 최악으로 평가를 매번 받는 이유군. 경기는 잘할 지 몰라도 응원 수준은 점점 후진국으로 떨어지는 원인이 되겠지. 경기에 이긴다면 어떠한 짓을 해도 상관 없다고 하는 것과 같군? 그리고 유럽 핸드볼은 심판 판정에 관해 항상 유리한 판정을 안고 경기를 할 수가 있지. 예나 지금이나... 안그래???
