Really feel for the owner of that vintage warplane at @0:21. He made it out unharmed after his engine suddenly died on him when he was headed back to airport from an air show. Had nowhere else to land. Happened in Florida. Pilot said he originally was gonna try & land on the beach but people were all over it so he had no choice but to ditch in the water.

If you ever get stuck on a level crossing first, get the hell out of the vehicle. Second, have a quick look at the signs, a lot of crossings have a direct line to call if you are stuck so they can warn any approaching trains. Failing that call your local emergency services and let them know. Point here is look to the signage first. If there is a direct line this will get the message to the train quicker than emergency services (who will essentially have to go through the same channels for communication anyways, just with the added step of you talking to them. It's not recommended that you try to recover the vehicle, but if you must, put it in neutral and push with no one in the vehicle. People often aren't aware that a train can take upto and over a mile to stop, by the time they see you, its probably too late...
