She was empathetic and asked what had happened. That's learned behavior of dignity showing through that mistakes can happen without harm in return. He could have just gone cold after expressing his pain and seethed for the sake of getting more laughs and views, but he instead told her she was doing a good job. He maintained her dignity again even when by really snapping or going silent in pain would generate a more comical reaction. This was a genuine dad and daughter moment.

When I was like 12 I spent the night at the house of my dad's business partner's house because they wanted someone to hang out with his kids. His business partner was a heart surgeon who owned this HUGE house. Anyway, we decided to get in the jacuzzi, but his sons decided to put bubble bath into the jacuzzi. About 15 minutes later the ENTIRE room that the jacuzzi was in was filled with bubbles. They didn't get it cleaned up for three days. Their parents were SO mad.
