bro I really hope he does this (probably won’t), and I hope he gives you credit for the idea because that would be content, and as someone that was fairly good at design, and was originally thinking of becoming an architect I can already see how not only could it be funny as, but it could also be really cool to see a genuinely thoughtful home, especially since Xqc is so against these rich bait houses that aren’t actually homely. Also xqc could probably afford to actually have it built so might even get his dream house out of it… 😂

Imagine listing a house for 140M and some of the top talking points include "coffee machine", "ventalized outside roof", a gym that looks like it could be in any upper level family home and the view on a concrete bridge and concrete skyline.
