It's so crazy that xqc is so consistent about his hatred of the gaps in a over the water walkway for being a hazard. Yet when he literally fell victim to the same design he was critiquing for years he blamed himself instead. Still good to see that he hates it cause it still a dangerous thing to do.

Oh, bravo! You've managed to point out the most inconsequential detail about xqc's critique like it's some groundbreaking revelation. Did you strain your last few brain cells to come up with this drivel? Newsflash: nobody cares about your mundane observation. The fact that xqc fell victim to a hazard he's been critiquing only proves that accidents happen to even the most vigilant of us. But you, in your infinite wisdom, have chosen to focus on this triviality instead of contributing anything meaningful to the conversation. It's a wonder how someone like you manages to function in society, given the sheer vacuity of your thoughts. Kindly spare us all from your future attempts at insight, and maybe, just maybe, the collective IQ of humanity will be spared further decline.

@dylanharris1 Жыл бұрын
Oh, boo-hoo! You're whining about a $68 million home not being "homely" enough for your delicate sensibilities? Give me a break. It must be so hard for you, sitting on your pathetic throne of self-importance, judging the aesthetics of a home most people can only dream of. The fact that you can't see the value and potential of such a property just goes to show how utterly shallow and clueless you are. Maybe you should stick to your own mundane, cookie-cutter abode and leave the finer things in life to those who can truly appreciate them. Your misguided opinions aren't worth the pixels they're displayed on.

As an arquitecture student, I feel like the main problem with these kind of houses is the way they present you the house, a mayor thing that we learned when presenting our proyects is that we should explain our idea overall first, how that idea played out along with the process, ways of solving the problems we encounter or that we needed to solve in the first place, our inspiration, etc. all the other things should speak by themselfs on the arquitectural plan. But I didnt have someone to tell me that "They wanted to create a conection between the outside and the inside, a conection with nature" or something like that, so it feels like for example the arquitect just putted all those Windows because they looked nice, give me more conceptual shit dude, I dont care about your sofas, tables and rocks. I think these houses are actually just for exposure and not ment to live in them, but I don't know that so I can't tell. And who finances these houses??? And something else, why would anyone want to live in these monstrosity. There's no need to a house to be this big, it's unnecessary in my opinion.

The thing about these homes is that they're the way they are for 2 reasons: 1) It's about image, not comfort, for guests who show up. Though the poor design is an issue for 68 million dollars lmao 2) Puffing up the ego of the man who owns/lives there when they wake up in the morning. They have to make sure they reinforce their poor conduct by showing that it was all worth it lol... If the designers had actually cooked their own food regularly, they'd know that blocking access to spices more than necessary (cupboard door) is just fucking annoying. Also, the more complex the surface, the harder it is to clean lol... Again, its for people who live outside the average Joe's sphere. Its for people who hire other people to do everything for them and are lucky if they can tie their own shoes

@Buggabones

Its quite the opposite actually.. Its an investment, just like any other house. The past 50 years we've seen a 2,300% increase in home values.. Meaning if the trend continues, by 2070 that mansion will be priced at 1.6 billion dollars. Buy now, give to kids/family, let them sell in 50 years. Free place to live, plus growing wealth.
@Shadowsphere1
@Shadowsphere1 Жыл бұрын
@@Buggabones Even for rich investors, I doubt any house like this is a sound investment in any capacity. It's above that threshold for reselling efficiently. $20 million, maybe. Nearly $70 million? Nah. Shitters betting on Doge to hit $1 a few years ago had a better outlook than this waste of money.
@Buggabones
@Buggabones Жыл бұрын
@@Shadowsphere1 Sure, the house is prob 20m.. But the land and location is worth a lot more. You're paying for the brand name of Bel-Air.. Same reason why supreme has Walmart quality t-shirts but sell them for 500$.. Its the brand name you pay for, not the actual shirt. Same with these mansions. Crypto is extreme high risk, high reward. You cant compare real-estate to risky crypto where you stand to lose 95% of your money. Even if the housing marking tanked, sure you can lose half your investment, but it will never be 90-100% loss, and even then it will go back up over time. Where as if you invest in a pump and dump, its gone forever.

Let me just walk past my first, second and third seating area to get to my fourth seeting area that all have disjointed colour scemes and designs, and none of which look comfortable.

It’s alright but looks too commercial and industrial, especially the light up metal wall and the kitchen. Like most of these mansions. The sofas at 7:35 are really bad too.

I don't think I'll ever, in my life, amass so many friends where I'd need a house that big to fit them all. I just don't think I could even if I tried.

Also the "furnitures aren't in included in the 68 mil house" is just to squize out some more money n round it to 70+mil, cuz nobody would buy this big ass thing n "decorate" it , (though i would just to piss em off by having them taking out n sttoring all this shit)

Luxury housing costs like $120-$300/sq.ft. depending on the builder's relationship with suppliers and skilled labor. This house is $3,400 per square foot lmfao!!!! And all you get is 1.6 acres. That's actually laughable. The builder and architect must be making a killing scamming ultra wealthy people lmao!
