Radhe Shyam's (opp New Delhi Railway Pahar Ganj side) Chole bhature. This shop never compromise to quality, Taste. I have been tasting past 40Years at starting whenever I am passing that area for sure. They were also offering Paneer, Pappd along with the present items.
