You can prepare in your house also.Take first day or second day milk from Newly delivered cow or Buffalo .if it first day milk mix 3/4 litter normal milk with first day milk after delivery of cow or buffalo.then milk jaggery according to your taste then pour water in cooker .put milk mix and close the lid.don't keep vessel. Steam it for 20 minutes. It will be ready.

Its the yellow milk which gets formed during the birth of the calf, its then boiled along with normal milk & freezed , called ' Kharwas ' in marathi, very tasty & healthy, high protien & high calcium, perfect natural cure for Dengue too as it helps in increasing blood platelets. Some of these street sellers prepare it artificially as the yellow milk is too expensive and difficult to find as its seasonal only so beware !

All that needed is just having at least one cow or buffalo at your residence and all the infrastructure to take care of them. This type of food is so common in village that it is distributed in the village or neighbourhood according to the amount given by the cow. Most of the cattle at my home gives milk between the range of 8 - 15 litres of milk and for first two days , milk is not taken by dairies.
