Used to live across from that park at the Oakwood Apartments in the 90s. Those were the days we'd play basketball all day at In-Shape on Bianchi and sometimes at the one by Swain Lake.

Well we go there around 5 and around 6 they started to get ready to go home. If you go on weekend come in between noon to 5.

First timerI don't like how I see homeless while I'm picnicking with my family and btw there's no restroom there be prepare... If you really want to enjoy with your family just ignore the homeless but at the same time be safe. Stockton city I didn't expect 😅
