If I owned that car, I would use it like a car. It's either meant to be driven or kept in pristine condition. I would choose the first one. So it wouldn't stay in perfect shape anyway so why not have a drink in it. I won't buy a that expensive car without money to get it deep cleaned if needed

It took me about 3 years or so to find out my center console in my 2000 S10 had a removable tray that accessed the bottom of the console. If you only sit in the driver's seat of the GT, you might overlook the cup holder feature.

I own one (a 2020) and I didnt know. I drive it every week (5000 miles on it). I dont drink in it. I put it in Track mode and drive the hell out it, putting plenty of scraps on the bottom. I dont know the details of any of my cars, I just drive 'em and enjoy.

Oh, I don´t know. It seems that one could carry a container of coffee in the rear trunk. If it is not too much coffee. At least the container does not have to be a dewar. The running engine will keep the coffee plenty hot.
