I have a zerk like that on the bottom of auger inside the bottom of the mixer tank just above the main gearbox on my Antisway grinder mixer. A real pain in the rear to get to but better do it now and again, Like N.F, said some people don't even know its there.

Wtf...I didn't know there was one in there?

That's not the most overlooked grease zerk on the TR combine. In fact the one you greased you can pump grease in until you can see it under the auger shield and it's good for the season. The most overlooked is the coupling for the rotors, you have to crawl in the grain tank open the access door and the couplers have greasing points that lube the chain and splines that drive the rotors. Forget them and the spline will wear off the gearbox drive spline or the rotor drive shaft

I agree

This is one that you have to read the manual to catch all the zerk points. I could see why it's overlooked.

Whats that black plate by the bubble up auger with the wire coming out of it? Yield monitor?

Yeah, yield monitor.

How come you want a spreader? I’m worried if I put the chopper in place of my spreader it’s going to be harder to notill behind for the next crop

Ask bandit. He had one coming apart and send the blades through the engine.

Choppers do have to be inspected once in a while when using . Also depends on what crop you run since corn you run a slower speed and open it up for cut .
