It’s Tuesday Moshpit & my work is finally returning to normal! Praise be. Let’s rate this. Start We are slow & lack damage, not great. Dry baby is a bro & Book of Sin is...honestly it takes 1 room too much to charge. Floor 1 Cupid’s Arrow in the item room- piercing shots right away is a huge help. Blue Famine has shown up twice this week, this time giving Bandage Ball. Doing a bit of floor clear gets us into a golden chest for coat hanger- officially putting tear rate above damage. Floor 2 Infestation 2- Spider Boogaloo in the Item Room. Not stats, but it;s never bad. For all the talk of “a chance” Dry Baby has been popping off this run. Monstros offers Dry Baby the Jesus Juice, but we’re thirstier & take it first. Holding a reverse Empress card for the Devil Deal- it’s not exactly a great one, but it’s not awful so the card remains unused. Dark Prince’s Crown & Death’s List are the takes. Floor 3 Death’s List pays out a key, we go into a Library, snag Bookworm & Secrets for mapping this floor. The take it Book of Shadows. Blood Bombs in the Item room is huge- it puts the Crown back on. Rag Mega is another frequent flier as of late. Blood Clot pops out & we go down. Floor 4 Curse of the Blind. Still waiting for the fun the title promised. D-Kust pops off a massive damage upgrade. Sin takes a Blind Item room item- Rocket in a Jar. I’ll admit, did not expect the take. Getting Birthright on a Blind floor feels bad- we get Gimpy. Schoolbag is the other blind shop item. Big Horn gives some movement speed finally. Stanley of course shows up on the Blind floor, we pass & go down. Floor 5 aaand Floor 6. XL floor. Wheeee. Sin, are you sure you didn’t mix up the titles/thumbnail hoss? We pretty much cap out on tear rate. Polaroid taken- Forget me Now in the Devil deal- oh. Oh my. I think we found the Fun. Blood of the Martyr from boss rush for a much needed damage up. Greed fight in the shop gives us a damage up of Death’s List- bro is doing work today. We pop the pill & got back to Floor 5 Absolutely crushing the floor now- 7.2 damage & 7.4 tears when the Crown is active is immense. Shop has Mystery Gift & Diplopia- that’s just begging for shenanigans. Gift in the Secret Room gets Keeper’s Sack- we have stat generation on lockdown. Reroll into the Compass in the Shop so we go to the Sac Room for cash- buy Compass & Dream Catcher. Filigree Feather changes the Sac Room landscape- Divine Intervention. I’m not good with it, but it is a baller item. Getting an Angel deal thanks to shuffling nets Laz Rags & Holy Grail. Flight was the last thing we really needed. Floor 6 Take the Negative now. Floor 7 Reverse Emperor to Conquest- taking the pony in place of Book of Shadows. HP up from Triachnid & Krampus with no coal. Floor 8 The game denies us sac rooms now. Find a Small Rock for more damage. Cathedral This has a Sac Room- it’s worth the walk. TP to the Angel room acquiring The Relic & POGatory. The Sac angels give Vade Retro & Ring of Protection. VRS just takes a little too much work IMO. Chest Diplopia manages to get us Eden’s Blessing. Not the best set of 8 chests, but hey- tomorrow will have help. A last second Inner Eye pickup rounds out the run & Blue Baby gets run over by a pony. Final Verdict: 7/10. What a turnaround. Actual dominance thanks to Forget Me Now & Filigree feather, Fin times were had.

Day 303 of asking Sin for a Fiend Folio run called Fiendish Firsts! But considering Sin seems to be Fiend Foliod out maybe he can try "Boss Butch" adds a bunch of new bosses who aren't completely unfair and for something very unique try "The future" mod adds a new floor with custom enemies and bosses and the boiler adds a third alternative for dross and downpour again with unique enemies and bosses!

Question of the episode: If you could bomb the demon statue like you can the Angel Statues for a self inflicted mini boss fight, what do you think the perks should be? Ex: Instead of the Gold key, You get a Demon Key that unlocks another boss fight and a perm boost to devil deal chances for the run(pretty much the same thing for a different door)
