yes when you are rich all you have to do is eat, study, play and learn all skills which in other countries one will enter the military academies to learn like being a pilot. their mental and physical ability is their ticket to that skill as they can not afford to pay expensive trainings. In my country Philippines, to be a Lieutenant in the armed Forces will take you years to train enduring physical and mental hardship to earn a rank.
