It comes to me that angela is the most hated character/villain in the entire show more than the main villains. It reminds me how when everyone hated Dolores umbridge more than Voldermort in Harry Potter

Ok but if Steve, Erica, Dustin, Robin, or Max die whoever killed them deserves double the hate Angela got. However, Angela isn't much worse, if she is worse than the bullies in season 1. Think they were Troy and someone else. They physically hurt Will's friend group, while Angelina was bad she didn't physically hurt Eleven. The season 1 bullies also made fun of the fact that Will disappeared and also the fact that Will was probably dead. They believed Will was dead and they laughed about it with Will's friend. They also forced Mike to jump off that cliff which would have killed him if Eleven didn't save him. Honestly, I find that worse than what Angela did, though their both bad and the scenes where the bullies got a taste of their own medicine was so satisfying to watch.

I honest disliked Billy in Season 2 but at the end of Season 3 when he redeemed himself and sacrificed himself to the Mindflayer after Eleven reminded him of those memories of him and his real mother, I liked his character at that moment but not him as a person just cause it was something unexpected. I just feel so bad for Max in Season 4 cause even with Billy’s death and her mother working 24/7, she at least wished Billy and herself could be friends, but she’s still alone and faces near death twice and ends up in a coma.

Billy redeemed himself on the last moments of his life, by not only saving El from the Mind Flayer, but also telling his stepsister, Max, “I’m sorry”, before he died in Max’s arms. That broke my heart. 😭

I felt ST should've continued Neal Hargrove into Season 3 (aside from El's vision quest into Billy's mind). Then in Season 4, the Duffers should've made him the Chief of Police instead of Powell or Callahan (due to their inadequacies) n would meet an well-deserved end by either Vecna or the minions of the UD. Or maybe get humbled by either Hopper or the Party n their parents.

In terms of Jason, I mean even if he had somewhat good intentions he acted very blindly and attempted to kill Eddie and Lucas without even letting them justify themselves. Also, you could tell he was dangerous from the first episode, the way he acted was aggressive, just masked early on. Btw I think he’s a really good character, very well designed as he was more in the neutral territory but he was still not a good person

I kinda feel bad for him. He clearly had problems in his life and it made him not a very nice person to be around, ultimately being screwed over the moment he was flayed. The fact that there was enough billy, and nice, reasonable Billy, to protect max and her friends in his final moments is something that just seals the sympathy. Don't get me wrong, he's kind of a dick 95% of the time. And he's never fully redeemed.

Why do ppl hate Jason so much like, I rlly doubt that he’s “evil”. Firstly, yes, what he did wasn’t ok, he was way too quick to assume and kill Him Eddie and Lucas without enough evidence, but he was only (I think) 17, and he wasn’t in the right mental state to be making good choices, his gf had just died in someone else’s house and his friend had died in front of him. How was he supposed to know that the murderer was a monster from another dimension. What happened to the people we hate (my opinions)? Mr. Wheeler - Living a Normal Life, I don’t hate him, he’s just lazy that he doesn’t always get screen time. Tom Holloway - Killed by Jonathan Bruce Lowe - Killed by Nancy Troy Walsh - Moved out in season 2 to be safe from Eleven (offscreen) Dr. Brenner - Shot and Killed Tommy H - Unknown, he looked down on Billy after his death and said that he knew he was weak, most likely got karma like, didn’t get into college or didn’t get a job, he probably moved out of Hawkins, or became a victim of the Mind Flayer or Vecna and got killed Carol Perkins - Unknown, same as Tommy H Angela - Hospitalized, because Eleven hit her with a roller skate Grigori- Killed by Hopper Larry Kline - Incarcerated Jason Carver - Killed and Bisected by Upside Down Gate Mr. Hargrove - Unknown, after Billy’s death he divorced Max’s Mom, he probably got karma now like, living an awful life, his 1st ex wife is probably blaming him after Billy’s death, he probably became an alcoholic now.

I strongly believe Angela's two guy friends belong on this list- Angela was THE main bully and if I'm going to be honest (and not that it's right) it's almost to be expected to be a mean girl OR mean girls.... These assholes however should have had no role in aiding and tormenting this girl, from spitballs stomping and kicking her school project to rallying a roller rink to further bother her and the one asshole for throwing a milkshake on Eleven. Guys tormenting and bullying a girl is way too extra IMHO and that could have been easily given to Angela's girl friend who is basically more background than the other two jerks. those two tools deserved roller skates to the face as much as Angela IMHO

I don’t hate Jason, Honestly he has a perfectly good reason to get mad, his girlfriend died and the police are trash at their job and doing nothing about it, although Jason is wrongly hunting down Eddie he doesn’t have any evidence saying it’s not eddie, his anger and frustration just got into his head and he went a bit over the top with it, I also never disliked billy, of course in season 2 I knew he wasn’t a nice guy but there was a reason behind it, Billy’s family issues messed him up and it he just took it out on other people, I always knew at some point billy would redeem himself by saving the others but I’m sad he died it would be nice to have some screen time with him and max as friends

I wouldn't say that Dr Brenner is evil, he just tried to find 001 for longer than he should which caused the entire series to blow up in his face. I think that made him come across as selfish to most because he wanted to get another one of his 'weapons' back, but Brenner knew he wouldn't stay controlled and loyal, which is showed when he had to punish 001 for (possibly) tricking 011 into helping his escape. When Brenner wanted to find him, he was probably doing this as he knew he wouldn't use his powers in a utilitarianist way, hence his plan to turn the world into the upside down with 4 portals etc. I think that at this point Brenner didn't realise that he was trapped in the upside down and couldn't get out without outside contact, because he would probably stop his search if he knew what the search would end up creating, hence Dr Owen's remark about the portal being a 'mistake'. This is just my opinion at the end of the day so feel free to disagree with me

Barb, Eddie, Billy, and Alexi's deaths were the hardest ones for me. Barb was so sweet and nice and was Nancy's best friend. Eddie well he was super hot and good at playing music lol but he was sweet too and one of Dustin's best friends. Billy had a hard childhood and had some resentment towards max but in the end, he gave his life for all of them. And I shouldn't even have to explain alexi. He seemed so wholesome and adorable and was so happy before he died. He wasn't in the show for long and deserved better. I hope he got that cherry slushi up in heaven 😭💔

On top of that Billy was openly racist. Him saying sorry before dying doesn't redeem him, and his action against the flayer felt more like an "You used me as a vessel so I hate you" than a "you want to kill this girl I don't really know so I'll die for her". There is absolutely no way he is by any means a remotely good person, in my opinion he's worse than Tommy, Carol and Angela combined.

He is redeemed somewhat in season 4. We can see that his mistreatment of Eleven in season 1 was because he believed she massacred everyone at the lab in 1979, when it was actually 001. He seems like he does care for her in his own twisted way, such as punishing the bullies in the lab. But he is still responsible for what happened to El's mother, so he is still a bad person that shouldn't be trusted.
