Use to live on Carters Grove back in 2010-2014. Had experiences with Molly Mccray. Also, a free-walking slave that roams the field. Native American spirits. So many experiences.

Many places, I’ve never heard of it since, I have lived in Hampton Roads 1976-1982 before returning to Texas. I remembered Carter’s Grove near Williamsburg. It was off limits.

I live in Hampton Roads near several plantations, most of which l have visited. I have heard ghost stories about Shirley Plantation and the ruins of Rosewell in Gloucester Co. Rosewell was at one time the largest brick home in America and it is said the stairway was wide enough for eight people to walk up it side by side. The ruins are open to the public.

Yes, John we have to know the real history! There was slavery in the USA! "Those who do not remember history are DOOMED to repeat it!" MARYLANDER here! Maryland was also once a slave state! Thank GOD those days are far behind us! Maryland now has it's very first black Governor Wes Moore. Wes Moore is a graduate if Johns Hopkins University , he was also a Rhodes scholar, a businessman , a former Captain in the US Army / Paratrooper who served in Afghanistan! There are two statues in the Maryland State Capitol to honor both Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass. They were both enslaved on the Eastern Shore! The statue of Supreme Court Justice Taney was removed because of his racism! ⚓⛵🌅⛵⚓🇩🇪🇨🇭🇺🇲💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

@@secretvirginia If you dont know about slavery, your a moron. Haunted Plantations shouldnt be a platform to whine about slavery.

@@daren7889 Is your site about something fun - like a haunted plantation, or is it about slavery? We ALL know about slavery. We dont need you to remind us.
