Love your energy in these vlogs! Visited the border area last year, and the village on the Pakistan side of the border is Kharmang, I did a solo bike tour last year and will visit again this year next month, hopefully, as the region is so beautiful and people are so friendly and supportive with the tourists. I can see so many similarities in the villages you showcased, except the monks and monasteries, as I believe they all migrated on the Indian side during the partition.

Beautifully captured scenic beauty of Zanskar and its monasteries. The Lama incharge of the monastery at Pibiting monastery is known to me. He is from Stok in Leh n not seen him since a long.. I visited Zanskar many yrs ago with a French group and took the route you two travelled i.e. through the fields upto Karsha monastery. Reminded me of my visit to Zanskar from Darcha and then to Lamayuru on 22 days trekking. You possess better knowledge about Buddhism and Guru Padma Sambhava which is good and keep us enlightened. Regards from a hamlet of Leh.
