the small weapon slows and they have a skill that buffs weapons when slowed. if you remove all of your items you will always win that fight because there is nothing to slow.

the kyver drone has a skill that increases the damage of one of its weapons whenever it slows something if it doesnt have anything to slow it doesnt scale and loses automatically in sandstorm

Mosquito on day 2 is the same way. Its only damage procs off slow so you can auto win with no items

the "when you gain burn, gain regen and weapon damage" skill activates when you are burned, not when you burn your opponent. There is a 24g diamond skill that gives half the regen of the opponent's burn though, which probably works although I haven't tested it as both are rare enough it's hard to get them in a run together.

That enemy has a skill that buffs it’s weapons when it slows - if you have no items on the board, there’s nothing to slow so the weapons will not scale. Maybe the core could have still won, but he knew you are guaranteed to win with an empty board and why take that chance

I’m not understanding this Virus build… is it a meme or is he serious? Once he removed baby dino, I didn’t see the point of it, especially when half his board is small items. Could someone explain it?

It destroys small items on both sides of the field. With half of the opponent's being Dooley, a virus that is firing off every 1.5 seconds destroys their whole build in seconds most of the time. His small items are there to buff virus just in case the enemy doesn't have any small items, but once he got Pierre conditioner the freeze makes him a favorite against builds with no small items as they can probably get fully frozen out (like that last Vanessa)

With the solar farm stacking Regen he has good outlast if he can get past the opponent's burst, so it's kind of an inevitability build. Gets countered by fast burst or any radiant good item

god it tilted me so much to watch kripp run virus with so many small items, the whole fucking point is to run zero of your own small items. the final build with scarf was 100x better than the version be was debating using with the two rays

Not really true. He even mentions it. Without his own small items to buff the poison of the virus it doesn't do enough damage to builds without small items of their own.
