Yes and no all Hollywood Blockbusters ore Big Movies Books will not translate to Norwegian. The most Norwegians speaks perfekt Englisch. My Wife is Norwegian everytime we visit her Family Englisch is nowehre a Problem. As a German you can understand the Most things if you bin often in Norway. It is Based on some old German and orther European Languages
