For me, the track I find most iconic for Liyue is the track titled "Liyue" because the first half is always playing in Liyue Harbor, and the second half was used for the first Lantern Rite cutscene. All the Lantern Rite cutscenes after (as far as I can tell) use the melody from the first one at some point. It was also used in the trailer that first introduced me to Genshin. It's a lot of nostalgia for me. I also expected Inazuma to be the track used for Ayaka's dance in the water with the socks. And that track for Mondstadt was just the login screen, I don't associate it with any particular region.
