Sivir is legit carry at 4 items. "at 4 items" this means unlike xayah or kaisa, you actually either have to be proud of your gameplay to carry the game that long where sivir 1v9's at 4 items or you lose on a 2 and 1/2 items on sivir and not deal dmg on Ornn. Sivir is a great pick, the question is, is the team good enough to play it. and NRG said a resounding YES.

NA definitely is starting to approach building teams with more actual NA talent, which is helping the quality of play at least a little. Just mindlessly stealing EU players and throwing them on an NA roster have never worked out great. The teams that have succeeded the most have been more actual NA players over the years. With some exceptions for sure. But I kinda wish EU and NA were closer goegraphically, so we could scrim against each other more often. NA plays the game alot slower and methodical, while EU takes fights and pushes leads alot better. So we definitely could benefit from that. At least in a general sense.
