He acquired some "Dark Knowledge", and then he gave us some "Light of Life", which was a "Youthful Flight", while he was a "Ruthless Hunter" for Artifacts. So before I do my pulls. The keto diet helps with weight loss by teaching your body to burn fat as its primary fuel source since fat will be most of your calories.
