I just use HCl acid or hot water. Might kill the grass, it will grow back.

Just a warning….my allergy doctor told me that the more you get bit by fire ants the more likely you are to develop an allergy to them. Their bites don’t build up immunity but can cause worse reactions in the future….which is why I am allergic to them now. Of course you also don’t have to be allergic to them to have serious health risks from them…and the more bites at one time the more likely you can have a serious complication and even death. I absolutely hate fire ants….they make going outside difficult in the warmer months.

I have the gel which I use in my house and it works awesome. I didn't know they made granules, that would definitely better for outside plus I'm not sure that they could take the granules to their nest in the house. I will definitely get some for outside use. And I'm 100% with you on the dog rehoming thing. There may be some that have extenuating circumstances but most are just lazy jerks. The only thing that is worse is those that just drop off their dog somewhere and abandon it. That is reprehensible.

I live up in Massachusetts and don't have red ants, never been bitten by any while in Texas or Florida, but I hate the shit out of them and this video is very satisfying to watch! I always watched where I was stepping while visiting friends in Burkburnett, Texas... Another thing down there is the military grade mosquitoes! I loved Texas, but they can keep all the creepy crawly things! Smash that like button for this channel! 🇺🇸👊

Yes the ants take these very quickly. The problem you never showed the colony a day later. Some of the reviews claim they take the bait easily, but the ants are still alive. Maybe a follow-up video is in order.

We found a product called "Itch X" great stuff can only find it at Walgreens. We just had our yard treated last week, don't know what the use but they do it every six months and it keeps the fire ants at bay, both neighbors on either side of us have them but we don't! Useta use "Surrender" from Ace Hardware but they got immune to it after 3 years but what you have there is Proof on Camera, looks like some amazing bait!
