Ok, this guy has me beat hands down. Sure I power wash my rocks but I have a 7' retaining wall, then I paint the natural rock with Portland cement to even out the colors except for the granite end stones. Then just to make the granite stone throughout my yard pretty I spray seal all of my granite rocks. That's a lot of money he spent right there. Where I live the rocks are cheap as we are so rocky in this area most people are digging them up and getting rid of them by the mountains. Bet this did the trick though.

Evidently you don’t know it all. I know that your homeowners insurance extends to the middle of the road that your house is on. I also know that if someone hits those big rocks with their vehicle, that YOU placed there, YOU will be responsible for the DAMAGE! My brother is an insurance adjuster for State Farm and they have to pay this claim ALL the TIME!!! Mr. Know It All !!!

My wheelchair bound mother has had her wheelchair ramp destroyed by drivers losing control and running up into her yard and crashing. Twice! So my sister and I built a circular planter with retaining wall blocks and planted a tree. Even if another impaired driver hits it, it will be cheaper to fix than her wheelchair ramp.

Neat! Yeah, I figured out that the waterlogged clay soil in Frisco TX didn't grow much. The Plano TX recycling center has a company called Pure Products that mulches wood, clippings anything plant based and turned into the best black topsoil - dirt cheap. Better than Miracle Grow and ten times cheaper. You can fill a yard in the bed of your truck for $30.00!

I'm sure that the work you did on the trees with boomzilla a while back gives you a little extra peace of mind during storms, and really highlights what you were saying about added value in terms of getting something out of the investment and time you put in to fixing it up before you sold it..
