@@trevx3680 So far the only case in which fraud has been found guilty is the case where Trump Corp. and Trump Payroll Corp were found guilty of concealing perks to high level executives as business expenses, rather than compensation. Oddly enough for the courts, this is a legal practice still to this day and it is written into the tax code. And this verdict has already been appealed. The other one looking into fraud is the current case, which states that Trump over-valued his property to obtain loans at better rates. This case will collapse because the prosecution has absolutely no clue how loans are applied for and granted. You can value your property at what ever you want when applying for a loan, but the bank does their own due-diligence and comes back with their own valuation at which a loan could be granted for. The banks already stated in court nothing was done wrong, no one was defrauded (the banks would be the only possible victim). This is just Alvin Bragg's attempt to rob someone with money to pay for their states policies that are bankrupting the state, all while also trying to pay for the illegal immigrants who have been housed within their state. California is also trying to pull this garbage scheme, but as Trump isn't involved in it, it is not hitting mainstream media. These states believe you can rob Peter to pay Paul, and the money will keep coming in. It isn't working as businesses are leaving these states and moving elsewhere. Unfortunately if they stay in the US, they can't hide from it due to the fact that the US Government is on the verge of bankruptcy also. At current spending and taxation, by 2028 the US will be forced to default on their debt, because taxes will not cover the payments to their debt. At that point the US Dollar will collapse and have virtually no value, hence why the push for a digital Dollar is gaining traction. A digital Dollar won't fix the issue because the underlying issue still remains and is tied to the US. Standard & Poor, Moody's, and Fitch have all downgraded the US's credit rating, and all 3 are considering another rating cut in the very near term. For someone who thinks he knows something, you have no clue what is happening. The US is going to try using the top 5% to pay their bills. This has been done countless times in history, always failed, and always ended with the collapse of those nations/empires/kingdoms.

Don't understand how people can stiff bills? Where I live, a bill/invoice is a contract where one party is obligated to pay the other party for delivered goods/services. On most of these bills/invoices there is a term/period mentioned in which that payment has to be done. Once past that period, expect that amount of invoice/bill to be raised and you get a sweet reminder to pay it. If you still try to stiff that bill/invoice ... nah, expect the bailif to come along with some cops to confiscate some goods to settle that bill.

I doubt any source that reports facts about Trump that you don’t like you’d just reject as “entertainment not news.” BTW, to be a news network, a station is required to meet certain guidelines regarding how they present their information. Many years ago, Fox News deliberately registered as an entertainment channel so they didn’t have to comply with FCC broadcast standards. If a channel does this, they have to show on screen (such as during promos for upcoming shows) that they are registered as entertainment, not news. Which they do. It’s in the smallest print possible, but when I learned about this, I checked, and it was there. So Fox can say whatever they want and claim it’s factual because the FCC can’t do a thing. Doesn’t stop slander/libel lawsuits in civil court though. What we’re watching here is a mix of news reporting and commentary. Commentary has been a feature of television news from the beginning. Commentary existed before television on radio. And in newspapers and magazines, it’s in OpEds. News junkies may find this entertaining but it’s not entertainment in the disingenuous way you mean it.

No clue what that has to do with this trial in a different state, but since you probably don't understand how our legal system works here in the US, Joseph Stalin, let me educate you. Anybody can sue anyone for anything in the land of the free. Doesn't mean the case has any merit, or that it won't get thrown out the first time it comes in front of a judge, or that the person who filed it will win. It just means you can walk into a courthouse, pay a fee, and sue someone. For example, if I knew where you lived, I could walk into a courthouse in your county tomorrow morning and sue you for being dumber than a bag of hammers, and odds are I'd probably win.
