Not bad for a starting position! It is very easy to buy in on trending stocks but the problem is knowing when to sell or hold, which is why having guidance is important. Don’t wait for a crash. Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.

The pathway to substantial returns doesn't solely rely on stocks with significant movements. Instead, it revolves around effectively managing risk relative to reward. By appropriately sizing your positions and capitalizing on your advantage repeatedly, you can progressively work towards achieving your financial goals. This principle applies across various investment approaches, whether it be long-term investing or day trading.
@joshbarney114Ай бұрын
This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800,000.

A straightforward way to estimate Ethereum's potential value is by applying the ETH/BTC ratio to an assumed Bitcoin peak price. For instance, if BTC peaks at $200,000 (as suggested in the video), and the current ETH/BTC ratio is around 4%, I’d use 5% as a conservative estimate and 6% for a bullish scenario (noting that it has exceeded 10% in previous cycles). This calculation would place ETH’s range between $8,000 and $12,000 based on a $200,000 BTC peak.

If you're stuck in the BTC has no real world value thinking: BTC has real world transactional value in a way gold and metals don't. It has a real world security value in a way that metals don't. Its underlying technology IS the IP and real world value. The difference between BTC is its capped supply, it has denominations called satoshi's. In the future, most people will refer to bitcoin as satoshi's as people won't often transaction entire bitcoins. Each BTC is made up of 100 million satoshi or just SATS. There is a reason it keeps going up, keeps getting adopted and now has global banking involved. It has real world value, I'm not saying put everything you have in it, but I'm saying DO NOT DISCOUNT this form of wealth ownership.

What is the main intended function of Bitcoin? Currency or Store Of Value?
@chionoman22 күн бұрын
No one knows for sure but people think Satoshi Nakamoto developed it for currency but it is proving to be more of a store of value at current times. Maybe with improvements it will be able to do enough transactions per second to function as a currency for the world but not currently.

@Asmodai2011Ай бұрын
It's a digital trap created by the ones in control to obtain total control. It's a programmable fiat digital asset that attempts to replicate the dollar and Gold. Each Bitcoin is made up of 100 million satoshis. Satoshis are like cents to the dollar just that each BTC is made up of alot more of them. It's dependent on existing and newly created fiat Dollars converted into crypto assets.
@theodorehaskins3756Ай бұрын
@ WTF! This sounds way too complicated for my little tiny brain to process, and make sense out of, and so I’ll stick with the traditional assets, as when things go south, I need someone to not just blame, but also to sue, as I don’t know of any government entity that regulates this particular asset class or commodity class of securities/investments. I also don’t understand its real value other than maybe this peer to peer, thing, but it’s way too complicated IMHO, for the average person to comprehend. Cheers 🥂

The US economy is already in recession. Any rate cut will not ignite inflation. The banks will tighten even more, all consumer and corporate credit lending. This is the beginning of a deflationary period for your assets. Stocks markets will decline, and stock values disappear in a blink of the eye. Businesses will begin layoffs in earnest which will soon be reflected in the unemployment rate and unemployment claims, to further solidify the recession. In fact, when the FED cut rates in Sept, it will signify that the Titanic is going under, and it will suck everything down. Retail and housing sales will truly decline as consumer hold off their purchases. The inverted yield curve will then turn positive, but remember, certain assets like stocks and Crypto’s acts as a hedge. Long & short-term trading is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Elise Monroe, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape....
