I sometimes just make it easy to just cut and go. Cut time does take time and closer you get the harder things can get and longer it takes to cut out. But yes fill that area if you can or need it

mine was a time crunch issue when I ordered my gangsheets - I usually try to utilize all my space but with my luminaris 200 down(still down) I was under a time crunch to get the DTF's ordered and in house to get a job done - just didnt have much time for do all that -

I usually do large back logo with left chest logos..I have ordered single sheets by size but I still receive them uncut like a gang sheet

When I lay out gangsheets I try really hard to keep things in straight lines so I can use my rototrim vs scissors. It saves so much time to be able to slice and keeps my sheets straight. For me this helps me lay stuff out straight when applying to a shirt. But I have also had jobs where I need to cram every inch and it is scissor time. I just prefer to not do that if I do not have to.

Nothing wrong with that but in that instance it might simplify your process even more if you got individual prints which I pre cut. Nothing wrong either but my point in the video was that i think people are just intrigued with the idea of gang sheets. I print out half empty gang sheets sometimes. People really dont use the space well.
