Methodology
1) I gathered data from myanimelist to find all the Anime. The .csv files containing search interest values were downloaded from Google Trends for every anime.
2) Ammount Search Tool determined the average monthly search volume for every anime.
3) The number of searches per month for each calendar year were proportioned based on official reports from Google.
4) Data modeling through an algorithm invented by me to obtain the most realistic data possible.
5) Search interest values and proportioned monthly search volumes were placed in Excel for calculations.
6) The data was placed into Flourish Studio to create the data visualization piece.
7) Image and audio assets were added with Wondershare Filmora.

As an author myself I'm glad for the SL author that he managed to make a bestseller, but I've seen much better work, which is many times better than Solo Leveling.

As someone who has read the original, I will say that Solo Leveling is a wildly overrated work. The plot idea and background are interesting, but the rest is not worth a penny. The plot is flat and uninteresting, the characters are boring, there is no development for the main character, he just gets everything for free without any effort. As an author myself I'm glad for the SL author that he managed to make a bestseller, but I've seen much better work, which is many times better than Solo Leveling.

@@Manhwa-kun I only briefly read the manga, so they may have cut out unnecessary elements to make the story interesting. Yes, big plot moves can sometimes be detrimental. But only when it was a spontaneous decision or a coincidence of circumstances. I just saw one gorgeous work where the author in the first volume prepared many moments for the future, and then after 7 volumes these references played a role. The more you read, the more you understand how big the picture and plot were made by the author. But at the same time, everything is logical and reasonable, there is no stretching of the plot from scratch, the growth of the main character and secondary characters is visible, etc. But it's all just my opinion.
